CoQ10 is a powerful antioxidant that powers mitochondrial energy production in every cell. Egg cells are the most metabolically demanding cells in the body — they require enormous amounts of mitochondrial energy to mature properly, be fertilized, and support early embryo development. CoQ10 levels naturally decline with age. Supplementation has been shown to improve egg quality and ovarian response, particularly in women over 30 with PCOS.

⚗️ Recommended Dosage

200–600 mg ubiquinol daily (ubiquinol is the active, reduced form — more bioavailable than ubiquinone). Take with a fat-containing meal.
